June - August $2,100 a week or $5,500 a month

September - January $1,700 a week or $4,300 a month

Florida State tax of 6.5% as well as a County Tourism Tax of 6% will be added (total 12.5%) to weekly/monthly rates and cleaning fee

$800 Security deposit to reserve dates. No refunds for damages or cancellations less than 60 days before arrival date

Full payment must be received three weeks prior to arrival or there is no guarantee the unit will be available
